Location: Katunayake
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate patterns for outerwear based on designer specifications and tech packs.
- Collaborate with designers and technical teams to ensure correct fit, silhouette, and garment construction.
- Conduct sample reviews, make necessary pattern adjustments, and ensure perfect fit for production.
- Utilize TukaTech Pattern Making Software for pattern development, grading, and fit validation.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pattern making for outerwear (jackets, coats, parkas, etc.).
- Strong understanding of fit, grading, and garment construction techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical packs and designer specifications accurately.
- A passion for precision, craftsmanship, and technical excellence.
