Drive HR Digitalization & Strengthen Payroll System Accuracy
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and tech savvy HRIS Executive to support HR digital transformation by maintaining system accuracy, generating meaningful reports and enhancing process efficiency across HR functions. The selected individual will play a critical role in managing employee data, system update and payroll-related validations.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update HRIS employee master data with complete accuracy and confidentiality.

Validate payroll inputs and support the end to end payroll process in coordination with HR and Finance teams.

Generate HR reports, dashboards and analytics for management decision making.

Manage time & attendance systems and ensure smooth data synchronization with payroll.

Support HR system enhancements, automations and process improvements.

Maintain documentation and ensure system integrity, security and compliance.

Troubleshoot HR system issues and coordinate with vendors or internal IT teams when required.
Candidate Profile

2–4 years of hands-on experience in HRIS, HR Operations or Payroll Administration.

Strong knowledge of payroll systems, time & attendance platforms and HR databases.

Experience in validating payroll inputs and maintaining accurate employee master data.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HR system reporting tools.

Exposure to HR analytics, dashboard creation or system enhancements is an added advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in HRM or relevant professional qualification.

Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and disciplined process orientation.

Ability to collaborate effectively across HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and error-free payroll delivery.
