A leading apparel manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Production Manager to drive operational excellence, The selected professional will lead end-to-end production operations while ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, and on-time delivery within a fast-paced, high-standard manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibility

• Lead and manage complete production operations to achieve OTIF delivery and cost, quality, and efficiency targets.

• Drive productivity improvements through effective use of industrial engineering, lean tools, and best manufacturing practices.

• Build and sustain a high-performance, results-oriented culture across large production teams.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality systems, buyer compliance standards, and ethical manufacturing practices.

• Collaborate closely with IE, QA, Planning, Technical, and Merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Analyze production challenges, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement robust corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor and manage daily production KPIs, capacity utilization, and workforce optimization.

Candidate Profile

•  

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in apparel manufacturing with strong exposure to full-scale production management.

• Proven experience in lingerie and sportswear or swimwear (experience across all three categories is a strong advantage).

• Demonstrated success in leading large teams and managing performance through KPIs.

• Strong knowledge of quality systems, IE methodologies, and lean manufacturing.

• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• A decisive, hands-on leader with a strong focus on results, compliance, and continuous improvement.
