REGIONAL MANAGER

A leading organization in the dairy and agriculture sector is seeking a dynamic, results-driven and people-oriented professional to lead regional operations, strengthen farmer partnerships and drive sustainable growth across the Central Region.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage day-to-day regional operations while providing leadership to field teams across the assigned region.
• Drive milk collection growth, operational efficiency and productivity through effective planning and execution.
• Develop and expand supplier networks to ensure sustainable business growth and improved milk collection volumes.
• Monitor regional performance, analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly while ensuring high standards of customer service and field support.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Agriculture, Animal Science, Dairy Science, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in regional operations, agriculture, dairy, FMCG or a related industry, including managerial responsibilities.
• Proven experience in leading geographically dispersed field teams and managing regional operations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical, planning and decision-making capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
