Assistant Manager – Business Continuity Planning

A leading FMCG and manufacturing organization is seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to strengthen its operational resilience, risk management and crisis preparedness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• BCMS Rollout: Implement & maintain the Group BCM System aligned with ISO 22301.
• BIA Leadership: Conduct Business Impact Analysis to identify critical processes, dependencies and RTO/RPO targets.
• Plan Development: Create & update BCPs across manufacturing plants, supply chain, logistics and corporate functions.
• Testing & Drills: Lead annual BCP testing, crisis simulations, tabletop exercises and call-tree tests.
• IT & Supply Chain Alignment: Partner with cross-functional teams to align IT Disaster Recovery plans.
• Reporting & Audits: Maintain BCM registers, track audit closures and submit quarterly risk reports.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Education: Degree in Risk Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering (ISO 22301 / CBCI certification preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in BCP, Risk Management, Crisis Management or Operational Resilience.
• Industry Exposure: FMCG, Manufacturing, Dairy or Supply Chain background strongly preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional communication abilities.
