Assistant Manager – Process Improvement

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a dynamic, analytical and results-oriented professional to join the Industrial Engineering team. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements, productivity enhancement initiatives and operational excellence across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Review and optimize manufacturing processes through Industrial Engineering techniques.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and performance updates for management.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools including Method Study, Work Measurement, Process Optimization, and GSD.
• Proven experience in productivity improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction projects.
• Strong analytical, project management and reporting skills.
