Lead Operational System Governance & Strengthen Inventory Integrity Across the Group
Our client, a leading multinational in the apparel manufacturing sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – System & Control to enhance system discipline, ensure ERP accuracy, and support operational excellence across group-wide manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for an analytical professional with strong process-orientation and hands-on exposure to production environments.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure robust operational system governance across all manufacturing units.

Monitor ERP system integrity, validate production data, and close system gaps through structured corrective actions.

Strengthen inventory accuracy through regular audits, root-cause analysis, and workflow improvements.

Coordinate cross-functionally with production, planning, warehouse, and finance teams to maintain consistent system discipline.

Generate operational insights using data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) to support decision-making.

Support internal and external audits by providing system reports, documentation, and compliance evidence.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system accuracy, data flow efficiency, and process transparency.
Candidate Profile

3–5 years of experience in system control, inventory governance, or operational/production analytics.

Strong exposure to ERP systems with demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy, standardize workflows, and troubleshoot discrepancies.

Experience in validating production data and monitoring control gaps.

Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is an added advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline.

Strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and support audit and compliance requirements.
