Assistant Production Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Production Manager to support and enhance manufacturing operations within a leading multinational FMCG organization. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless production flow, strong quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure timely achievement of production targets.

• Implement and monitor production plans, capacity utilization, and workflow efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, and all safety regulations.

• Lead and guide production teams to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

• Support Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Maintenance teams.

• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports for management review.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of production planning, quality systems, and safety compliance.

• Exposure to Lean, TPM, or other continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
