What You’ll Do:
l Lead Manufacturing Excellence Programs across group operations.
l Optimize machine management, utilization, and productivity.
l Oversee capacity planning, line balancing, SMV, costing, and productivity analysis.
l Implement Lean practices and drive Operational Excellence initiatives.
l Build and coach high-performing teams to achieve world-class manufacturing standards.
What We’re Looking For:
l A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Textile Engineering (Master’s preferred).
l 12–15 years of experience in Apparel IE, with proven leadership exposure.
l Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
l A passion for driving efficiency, innovation, and people development.
