DISTRIBUTION CENTER MANAGER
Drive Operational Excellence Across a Leading FMCG Distribution Network.
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Distribution Center Manager to oversee our Kelaniya Sub Warehouse and manage all Distribution Centers, Warehouses, and logistics operations. This pivotal role ensures efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Location: Kelaniya
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end DC and warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Oversee inventory control, replenishment methodologies, and distribution optimization.

Supervise 3rd party logistics operations to achieve service excellence and cost efficiency.

Develop and implement channel-wise distribution strategies and optimize warehouse space utilization.

Drive team performance through strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving.
Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications (CIPS, APICS, etc.) are an advantage.

Minimum 10 years of experience in managing distribution centers, warehouses, and logistics operations, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.

Prior experience in dairy or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, operational planning, and leadership capabilities.
