Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices across departments.
· Manage HRIS operations and ensure accurate maintenance of employee data and records.
· Support the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
· Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and related administrative functions with precision and confidentiality.
· Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare initiatives to foster a motivated workforce.
Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
· 3–5 years of experience in a similar capacity within a manufacturing environment.
· Strong understanding of HR systems, policies, and payroll processes.
· Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
