EXECUTIVE – SALES (EXPORTS)

Our client, a well-established organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Executive – Sales (Exports) to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of export sales operations while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and superior customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage export sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.

Act as the primary point of contact between overseas buyers, internal departments, and logistics partners.

Oversee shipment planning, documentation, and export compliance to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and maintain accurate sales and export records, reports, and performance updates.

Support the Sales Manager in achieving export targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in export sales coordination or a similar capacity within a manufacturing environment.

A degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or International Trade will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with international clients.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with ERP systems.
