We are seeking a results-driven Head of Engineering to lead our engineering and maintenance operations within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will drive engineering innovation, ensure plant reliability and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives that support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering and maintenance functions to ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency.

• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies across utilities, production lines, and plant infrastructure.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team to deliver technical excellence and operational reliability.

• Manage capital projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

• Implement energy optimization, automation, and lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement across all engineering functions.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in engineering management within FMCG or Food Processing industries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related technical discipline).

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management will be a strong advantage.

• Proven expertise in preventive maintenance, utilities management, and capital project execution.

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on efficiency, safety, and cost optimization.

• Experience in automation, energy optimization, and lean manufacturing will be an added advantage.
