Head of Exports & Trading

A leading FMCG organization is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead global trade operations, driving export growth, distributor partnerships, and market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute global export strategies to enter at least 2 new markets within 6 months.
• Manage the consolidated Export & Trading P&L to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Develop trading opportunities across dairy, food, ingredients, and FMCG sectors.
• Lead the Dubai Free Zone entity to scale operations across GCC, Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
• Manage distributor relationships, annual plans, and supply chain partners.
• Oversee international logistics, customs, regulatory compliance, and cold-chain execution.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Degree in International Trade, Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years in Exports/FMCG, with 5+ years in senior commercial leadership.
• Proven success in market entry, distributor management, P&L ownership, and trade negotiations.
• Exposure to Free Zone entities (Dubai/GCC) and global supply chains.
