Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end internal audit, risk management and compliance frameworks
• Execute risk-based audit plans and ensure robust internal financial controls
• Manage fraud prevention mechanisms, oversight and independent investigations
• Drive process optimization with Finance, Operations and Supply Chain leadership
Qualifications & Experience
• 10+ years in internal audit/risk management (min. 5 years in senior leadership)
• Proven background in FMCG, Dairy, or heavy manufacturing
• CIA, CPA, CA, CMA, or CRMA certification is strictly required
• Proficiency in SAP/Oracle & audit software (CAATs) is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and team-building skills
