Lead Legal Governance & Compliance in a Leading Pharmaceutical Organization
Our client, a reputed and fast-growing organization in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a highly experienced Head of Legal to lead all legal, compliance and regulatory functions. This role will be responsible for safeguarding the company’s legal interests, ensuring regulatory adherence and providing strategic counsel to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all legal matters including contracts, compliance, regulatory affairs and litigation.

Provide legal advisory support to the management team on corporate, operational and governance matters.

Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks and industry standards.

Liaise with regulatory bodies including NMRA, Customs, BOI and other authorities.

Lead risk management initiatives and support business units in mitigating legal exposure.

Guide and mentor cross-functional teams on compliance and legal best practices.
Candidate Profile

10–15 years of experience in corporate and regulatory law.

Exposure to pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG or other regulated industries.

Strong expertise in compliance, contracts, litigation and risk management.

Proven experience interacting with NMRA, Customs, BOI and relevant regulatory institutions.

Excellent analytical, advisory and stakeholder management capabilities.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
