Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠Lead and manage manufacturing operations to achieve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery targets

•⁠  ⁠Drive operational excellence through effective planning, resource utilization, and team leadership

•⁠  ⁠Translate business objectives into clear departmental KPIs and execution plans

•⁠  ⁠Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize operational efficiency

•⁠  ⁠Lead Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Quality Enhancement, and Cost Optimization initiatives

•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience

•⁠  ⁠Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Technology, Production Management, or a related discipline

•⁠  ⁠Minimum 8–15 years of experience in a large-scale apparel manufacturing environment

•⁠  ⁠Strong technical exposure to Lingerie Products is essential
