Production Merchandiser

Drive Bulk Execution, Supplier Coordination & End-to-End Production Efficiency
Our client, a globally recognized apparel sourcing, design and manufacturing organization is seeking dynamic Production Merchandisers to manage the full production cycle from pre production development through to final shipment. The selected candidates will play a key role in supplier coordination, critical path management, approvals handling and ensuring timely and accurate bulk execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production merchandising for assigned styles/orders.

• Coordinate closely with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth production flow.

• Review BOMs, costing sheets, and pre-production documents for accuracy.

• Track and monitor T&A plans to ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) bulk execution.

• Follow up on sample approvals, lab dips, trims, and production confirmations.

• Maintain accurate order documentation, system updates, and production calendars.

• Troubleshoot production-related issues and escalate risks proactively.

• Support quality, technical, and logistics teams to meet final shipment timelines.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in apparel production merchandising.

• Strong exposure to bulk order coordination, approvals, BOM review, and production follow-up.

• Hands-on experience in managing T&A and driving timely bulk execution.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with factories, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and accuracy.
