Senior Executive – Tax & Treasury

Drive Financial Accuracy & Strengthen Tax and Treasury Operations in a Leading Export Organization

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Senior Executive – Tax & Treasury to support the company’s financial governance through accurate reporting, effective tax management, and strong treasury operations. The selected individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and seamless financial processes in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tax operations including VAT, WHT, ESC, corporate tax calculations, and statutory submissions.

• Maintain treasury functions such as cash flow planning, fund allocation, banking coordination, and payment processing.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within SAP ERP (mandatory requirement).

• Prepare tax schedules, reconciliations, and documentation for internal and external audits.

• Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan tax regulations and applicable accounting standards.

• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting requirements.

• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies on tax and treasury matters.

• Implement and maintain internal controls to strengthen compliance and process efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in finance operations, taxation, and treasury.

• Strong understanding of Sri Lankan tax regulations and accounting standards.

• Proficiency in SAP ERP is mandatory.

• Sound knowledge of IFRS (an added advantage).

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.

• High attention to detail with strong integrity and accountability.

• Ability to manage tight deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
