Lead People, Performance & Culture Transformation in a Leading Pharmaceutical Organization
Our client, a reputed organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager – Human Resources to lead the overall HR function and drive organizational excellence. This role requires a visionary leader who can align people strategy with business goals, foster a culture of performance and strengthen employee engagement across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s business objectives.

Lead talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.

Oversee employee relations, compliance, and HR operations in line with labour laws and company policy.

Drive culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated workforce.

Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the HR team and senior management.
Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related discipline. (MBA or Professional HR qualification preferred)

10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership capacity.

Proven expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development.

In-depth knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.

Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
