We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Talent Development to play a key role in building a high-performance culture and promoting continuous employee development across all business functions. The ideal candidate will design and implement effective talent and performance strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to identify learning and development priorities and implement impactful programs.

Drive talent management initiatives including competency mapping, succession planning, and career development.

Manage the performance management cycle, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.

Conduct training needs analyses and deliver programs that enhance individual and team effectiveness.

Support leadership development and engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and recommend continuous improvements.
Candidate Profile

Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR with proven exposure to Performance Management and Talent Development within a corporate environment.

Strong understanding of learning & development frameworks, competency mapping, and career progression planning.

Experience in conducting training needs analysis and implementing performance enhancement programs.

A results-driven professional with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable of influencing across departments.
